I won a little over $300 on one spin, redeemed $295 on 6/30/2025 at 3:12 am. Today it's been over 15 business days and I keep getting the same message as everyone else here has apparently been getting.What I want to know is, how can you say that according to your Terms and Rules, etc. redemptions MAY take UP TO 14 BUSINESS DAYS, yet, most of the people on HERE have been waiting for way longer than that! As per your own T&C, YOU ARE IN VIOLATION! DO BETTER!UPDATE!!!On Aug 4 my redemption was finally completed. I did pester the hell out of them once daily for the last week or so. Was thrilled to finally see the deposit! All I can say is keep on it, they will get your money to you!Have since updated my review to 4 stars. Had this unfortunate delay not occurred, they would have gotten 5 stars.
